Welcome to ALLPS AI, a generative AI business-to-business platform for hiring and talent management, providing recruiters and hiring teams with efficient talent acquisition processes through our website and other software and services.

The terms ‘Platform,’ ‘allps.ai,’ ‘we,’ ‘us,’ and ‘our’ refer to the ALLPS AI platform operated by ALLPS GmbH, Zurich Switzerland. The terms ‘you,’ ‘your,’ and ‘yours’ refer to the individual or corporate end-user or any other end-user that is specified in the registration information associated with such end user’s account for the service. These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your use of the Platform and any services provided through it and establish a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform.

By signing up for an account, by using the website, or any of the services, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms of service. Please review these Terms carefully before proceeding. Your use of the Platform and its services indicates your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority where you reside if that jurisdiction has an older age of majority, to register for an account. Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You may create separate logins for as many people as your plan allows. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and are responsible for all activities conducted using your account and password. Platform cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have accounts under your account).
1.2 You may not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the platform, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws).
1.3 While sending emails & messages to candidates or any third party, you can’t include links to surveys, cash-back sites or any other links which mislead users. In case such issues are reported, your account may be locked temporarily or permanently.

The Platform provides several AI-powered tools to enhance your recruitment experience, including:

2.1 AI-enabled CV screening: Our AI analyzes submitted CVs based on job requirements, highlighting relevant skills and experience.
2.2 GEi AI job descriptions: We utilize Generative Explainable AI (GEi AI) to create clear and unbiased job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
2.3 AI-supported CV data extraction: Our AI extracts key information from CVs, such as skills, experience, and education, to facilitate faster candidate evaluation.

3.1 Our AI-based services, including CV screening, job description generation, and CV data extraction, are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by these services.
3.2 We strive to develop unbiased AI models, but it’s an ongoing process. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs and making final hiring decisions based on your specific criteria.
3.3 AI analysis may not always be perfect. You are encouraged to verify the information extracted by our AI tools.
3.4 You acknowledge that decisions made based on the output of our AI services are solely your responsibility.

4.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ALLPS AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws unless explicitly stated.
4.2 You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

5.1 Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided by users of the Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Here are some key points regarding data privacy:

• Data ownership: You retain ownership of all candidate data you upload to the Platform.
• Data security: We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
• Data access: You control access to candidate data and can choose who outside your organization can access it.
• Data deletion: You can request the deletion of candidate data at any time.

6.1 The Platform is provided ‘as is’ and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6.2 We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected..

7.1 You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
7.2 You may not interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems or networks.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold ALLPS AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified via email when these Terms are modified. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
