Only two things. Unlocking a candidate’s full profile in AI Sourcing uses 1 credit. An AI interview,screening or skills, uses 1 credit for every 10 minutes. Everything else in your plan is included at no extra cost, including the AI Native ATS, matching, candidate previews and dashboards.
Each AI interview includes up to 10 minutes for 1 credit. Each additional 10 minutes, or part of 10 minutes, uses one further credit. For example, a 25-minute skills interview uses 3 credits.
No. Once anyone in your organisation unlocks a profile, it stays unlocked for your whole team, for good. You can consider the same candidate for another role, add them to a sourcing project, or put them forward to another client, at no extra cost.
No. A credit is used only when a candidate completes an AI interview. No-shows, cancellations and technical drop-outs are never charged.
Your hiring keeps running. Extra credits are added automatically at your plan’s pre-agreed top-up rate, and we notify you when you reach 80% of your credits, so there are no surprises.
With monthly billing, you get a fresh credit allowance every month. With annual billing, you pay for the year upfront and receive the full year’s credits in a single pool at the start, so a busy quarter never holds you back.
Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing month. Annual credits are yours for the whole contract year and expire at its end.
Yes. You can move to a different plan when your needs change, and any credits you haven’t used carry over to the new plan.
Yes, and it’s free. Importing your existing candidate database doesn’t use any credits.
Yes. If you want to keep your current ATS, we can integrate ALLPS AI Sourcing or AI Interviews API’s with your current ATS.
AI interviews are available in English, German, French, Danish, Swedish and Arabic.
The AI assesses what candidates say in their interview against the requirements of the role and gives your team a structured evaluation. Your team always makes the hiring decision. ALLPS AI does not analyse candidates’ facial expressions or emotions.
Your data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt-Germany) by default. Enterprise customers can choose to have their data stored in the EU or in Switzerland.
Every plan includes GDPR consent management. ALLPS AI tracks each candidate’s consent and shows it in a consent dashboard, so your team can see at any time who has agreed to what.
