Day: September 1, 2025

This interactive session gave attendees the chance to experience **TARA**, ALLPS AI’s AI Interview Agent, in action. Through live demonstrations and hands-on trial interviews, participants saw how TARA conducts interviews, analyzes responses, and generates detailed summaries and candidate insights in real time.

The session highlighted how TARA helps recruiters save time by automating interview workflows while providing structured evaluations that support faster and more informed hiring decisions.

Attendees also explored TARA from a candidate’s perspective. As an interview preparation tool, TARA allows candidates to practice interviews on demand and receive instant feedback on their responses, communication style, and areas for improvement. This helps candidates build confidence, strengthen their interview skills, and prepare more effectively for real-world opportunities.

By combining automation with practical insights, TARA demonstrated how AI can create value for both hiring teams and candidates, making the interview process more efficient, accessible, and effective for everyone involved.
