At Expand North Star Dubai, part of GITEX Global, the ALLPS AI team showcased how AI is helping organizations build faster, smarter, and more efficient hiring processes.

Throughout the event, visitors had the opportunity to explore our AI-native recruitment platform and see **TARA**, our AI Interview Agent, in action. The demonstrations highlighted how AI can automate candidate screening, support interview evaluations, and help hiring teams make more consistent and informed decisions.
