ALLPS AI Unveils TARA at GITEX Europe 2025

Event Recap
May 2025
At GITEX Europe 2025, we were excited to showcase TARA, our AI Interview Agent, and demonstrate how AI is helping companies hire faster and more efficiently.
TARA is designed to automate the first round of interviews by conducting candidate conversations, analyzing responses, and generating structured evaluations complete with summaries, key highlights, and candidate scores. Available 24/7, it helps hiring teams reduce scheduling challenges and spend more time engaging with the most promising candidates.
Throughout the event, we had the opportunity to meet recruiters, HR leaders, and technology professionals who are actively exploring new ways to improve their hiring processes. The conversations and feedback we received highlighted a growing interest in AI-powered tools that can save time, improve consistency, and support better hiring decisions.
It was inspiring to see so much enthusiasm around the future of recruitment and the role AI can play in creating better experiences for both recruiters and candidates.
A big thank you to everyone who stopped by the ALLPS AI booth, experienced TARA firsthand, and shared their thoughts and feedback with our team.

ALLPS AI Explores New Opportunities in the UAE Through Start2 Group Program
Event Recap
February 2025
The ALLPS AI team recently spent an exciting week in the UAE as part of the Start2 Group program at the Dubai Technology Entrepreneur Campus (Dtec) in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
The program brought together innovative startups and scaleups from across Germany, France, Brazil, Switzerland, and other countries to explore business opportunities in the UAE and the wider MENA region. Through workshops, networking sessions, and industry events, participants gained valuable insights into one of the world’s fastest-growing technology markets.
During the trip, we connected with entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders, and startups across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including members of the Hub71 ecosystem. We also attended STEP Conference 2025, where we had the opportunity to meet founders, technology leaders, and innovators from across the region.
Representing ALLPS AI alongside Javed Memon, we introduced our AI-powered recruitment platform and explored how Agentic AI can help organizations improve hiring efficiency and decision-making. The discussions led to promising conversations with recruitment companies and large enterprises interested in adopting AI within their hiring processes.
The UAE’s strong focus on innovation, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation makes it an exciting market for the future of recruitment technology. The experience gave us valuable market insights, new connections, and opportunities to expand our presence in the region.
We’re grateful to the Start2 Group team, mentors, organizers, and fellow cohort members for making the program such a rewarding experience. It was an important step in our international growth journey, and we’re excited about the opportunities ahead.
