It was an exciting week for the ALLPS AI team, with opportunities to connect, share ideas, and showcase our technology across both Silicon Valley and Switzerland.

We joined innovators, founders, and technology leaders at the Plug and Play Silicon Valley Summit, where conversations focused on the future of AI and its growing impact across industries. We also had the opportunity to present the technology behind ALLPS AI to students and researchers at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons, sharing insights into how AI is transforming recruitment and conversational experiences.

One of the highlights of the week was the launch of **TARA V2**, the latest version of our AI Interview Agent. With faster performance, greater reliability, and more natural conversations, TARA V2 is designed to deliver an even better experience for both candidates and recruiters.

At AI House Davos during WEF 2026, leaders from industry and academia came together to discuss how organizations, educators, and individuals can prepare for an AI-driven future.
